Bilbo's Journey: A Quest for Adventure

Bilbo's journey in The Hobbit begins in September TA 3018 with his departure from the Shire. Accompanied by the wizard Gandalf and a company of dwarves, Bilbo travels through the Misty Mountains, the forest of Mirkwood, and the Lonely Mountain, where he eventually encounters the dragon Smaug.

Frodo's Journey: The Burden of the Ring

Frodo's journey in The Lord of the Rings begins with the discovery of the One Ring, an artifact of immense power created by the Dark Lord Sauron. Frodo is tasked with the perilous quest to destroy the Ring in the fires of Mount Doom in the land of Mordor.

Along the way, Frodo and his companions face numerous challenges and dangers. Frodo is repeatedly wounded during the quest and becomes increasingly burdened by the Ring as it nears its destination. The Fellowship of the Ring is divided by the treachery of Gollum, and Frodo and Samwise Gamgee continue the quest alone.

Finally, in March TA 3021, Frodo succeeds in destroying the Ring, bringing about the downfall of Sauron and the liberation of Middle-earth.
